Organic Landscape Design

The Designing the Future Project is about learning how the parts of our social - ecological - economic systems fit together to enhance the quality of life of the residents in our neighborhoods.

We know that we live in a system where one thing is related to another and every thing is related to everything else - where the problem we face are systemic and cannot be solved one at a time.  In addition, the problems will not be solved by government because they emerge from the activities in which we individuals choose to engage every day.

There is a presentation we are offering to any group that wants to pursue these ideas further.  We will be happy to schedule a time to present:

Designing the Future

or, your can copy of the narrative that goes with the presentation and make it to any interested group.  The author, David Braden, grants you permission to make the presentation - so long as you give credit where due.

There are several aspects to the Desgining the Future Project:

1) We are looking for experts who are willing to engage in a multidisciplinary design project to make these projects viable.

2) We are looking for the resources to publish the work of these experts, and

3) We are looking for the resources to publicize the project to attract even more expertise.

As the designs are optimized, we will be looking for equipment manufacturers to adapt their equipment designs to fit into our project designs - and the capital to build the demonstration projects.
